The reasons is that we work with many quality local providers. Most of them however are not able to pick up too far from their office so if for the journey A → B, A is close to one of our partner, we give a quote. However if there aren’t any partners close to B for the return journey, then we don’t.
We are working to expand our coverage (we already have several hundred cars) and all of London should be available soon.

Definitely it seems an interesting idea.
A lot of people are not comfortable with maps so to better satisfy the need if you have any additional information on the use cases / situation where that would be useful, we’d appreciate.
We’ll look into it soon.

Need to be able to get home in less steps!
Absolutely love the app! Was using it the other day, all worked real well, just one pain point: too many steps to get from where I am, back to my house (Something I find myself doing more often than not) Would really appreciate a short cut!

The map is not well centered
I would also suggest to keep a fix map in order to reduce the complexity of the web page

too many mandatory fields
There are too many mandatory fields on the main page. Also, user should be able to get the quote, without filling the booking details.

Fix street number vs postcode.
On my street, if i put in my postcode it places the location as completely the wrong end of the street. If i correct the location, it changes the house number to the wrong one.
Why can i not just type in an address with postcode and number and let them find it?
1 voteThank you for your feedback. We are looking how to improve the address selection when using a postcode. If possible, we will show the list of all the premises that match a full postcode, so that the exact street number can be selected.
